Jurisdiction Arouet Capital’s site is maintained from its offices in Arizona. You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to the contents or use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction of courts sitting the State of Arizona in all disputes arising out of ore relating to the contents or use of this site.

Arouet Capital reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violating any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
